Great stay, Management was helpful...

Liked: Nothing bad to say about the property. Clean, managed well. Parking lot feels safe. We were supposed to do hershey water rides our day after checking out but the weather was no bad. The manager knew this and let our 4 year old use the pool until we were ready to head home and we appreciated it greatly.
Disliked: N/a

On a 1 yo 10...

Liked: The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was nice and the gym was perfect.
Disliked: I felt like 387 was kinda steep and it was the first time I received multiple phone calls to see if I was still coming after doing a prepayment online.

Good

Liked: The property was mostly nice. The room had some outlets that didn’t work. The tv was unplugged in one of the rooms. There were some clumps of dust/hair in the corners by the outlets. Otherwise, things were nice and clean.
Disliked: The shower was a bit grungy looking. We didn’t use it.

Owner is a scammer

Liked: Property was beautiful but managed by a crook.
Disliked: We checked in and while carrying in our luggage, the manager flags us down to tell us that our card was declined. Now, I’m not sure about anyone else, but our bank notified us for every transaction. So immediately after processing the transaction I received verification that our account was charged. So when explaining this to him and pulling up our account to show him proof that the charge was completed he did not budge. He showed us his screen which showed us nothing and asked us to swipe again or we need to leave-can’t leave because we were apart of a party. It’s Memorial Day weekend so we know we aren’t getting ahold of the bank until Tuesday. So we swiped again, and what a surprise, it processed. Now he got the current rate for the room and not the rate I received for booking 3 months prior. He promised us the charge would fall off. 12 days later our bank had to intervene, opened an investigation, and in fact the 1st charge was not declined and was a false claim on the properties part. They were forced to refund us. Property owner is a thief and a con artist. We reported them to headquarters.

Superb

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. It was only 15 - 20 minutes from Hershey Park and very easy to get to and from.
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Liked: Beds we’re comfortable, rooms were quiet.
Disliked: It was a decent hotel, the employees were ok but it was hard to get clean towels, toilet paper and trash taken out of the rooms. The outlets by the bed and phone didn’t work in the room, ice machine was broken and snack store was outrageously priced.
