Liked: Staff are very friendly. Hotel ideal for the train station and for pubs and restaurants. Plenty choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing for me was disappointing.

Liked: The staff were all so friendly. Very professional and even though there will be a lot of work for everyone to do they all still made time to talk to each customer. The breakfast was amazing. Fantastic quality and so much variety. Very good selection.
Disliked: Just the fire alarms went off in the early hours of the morning but that was nobody's fault.

Disliked: Shower base looked dirty so didn't have a shower, but I think it was just stained

Disliked: The unexpected charges for parking & than additional 90 pence when payed , had no idea as the payment units in car park were out of order& payment taken via unit with QR code . Which did not tell cost. Only found out 2 days later when looking @ bank statement neither booking .com or Holiday Inn has replied to my emails!!!! This has made my trip visit unpleasant ?!

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable

Much better than expected

Liked: Hotel and staff were both excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by both. Food was really good too.
Disliked: Location, felt like we were not in a very nice area. And hotel was right next to the train station, whilst convenient, did feel like the area was very run down
