It was most pleasant in...

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous and I even told the cook how much I enjoyed her food! Also I was very impressed with the pristine cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel! All around excellent lodging experience ! Thank you!
Disliked: The bed pillows, although beautiful, could be a little firmer for me.

Liked: This hotel is near my work and if the weather is bad at home I stay here. The staff is friendly, the location is good, and it's usually quiet.
Disliked: This room was run down compared to other visits. Dirty sheet clipped to the window instead of the 2 tiered shades in my other room. And it was handicap accessible but very run down in that regard.

Liked: Modern, clean,nice rooms, comfortable, quiet
Disliked: Staff. One woman seemed agitated and frantic, in spite of there not being many guests. And I checked in at 3 to avoid delays after work but my keys stopped working so I was up and down to the 3rd floor 4 times at 10 PM. That sucked.
