Liked: there was nothing not to like at this hotel amazing team all with smiles and an attitude of how can they assist you, extremely clean hotel great food and great location.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like

Liked: Location and how modern it is. Very friendly staff…
Disliked: Lack of parking. They need an overflow car park.

Thoughtful to telephone the day...

Disliked: 7 A very tight space. Guests had to walk through the area serving breakfast to the checkout; walking past the food and the tables: Architect design fitting facilities in a limited area.

Exceptional hotel

Liked: We couldn't fault the hotel. It was exceptional in every way. Very friendly, professional staff, hotel was spotlessly clean, we had a superb breakfast and the location was ideal.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Great stay! Would stay there...

Liked: Very clean and exactly what you’d expect for the price. Has everything you need for a hotel stay
Disliked: Could have had a fridge in the room but that’s just us being picky! Perhaps a safe as well? (Unless we just didn’t see ours)

Fleet Holiday Inn August Saturday

Liked: Room was comfortable if a little small and the aircon was a boon during the heatwave. Good facilities, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, tea making facilities. Lift access. Good location if you wanted to go to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice.
Disliked: Our room was overlooking a high street, pub and beer garden and being a Saturday we found it very noisy. Double bed was fine but sofa bed a little uncomfortable for me. Parking was very tight and lucky to find a disabled space. That said it was a town hotel and we had to book at short notice.
