Convenient, friendly staff but hard...

Liked: It was very convenient for our stay. An iron and ironing board in the room. The breakfast was good. Nice big shower.
Disliked: The hair on the wall of the shower. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows hard. Having to pay to park there. The room was a bit tired in places.

Liked: Very friendly and professional staff. Quick check-in. The hotel is basic but very comfortable and has what you need for a short stay.
Disliked: Breakfast is a little chaotic with the streams of people and it would be great to have a few more plant milks, plant yoghurts and gluten free options for breakfast.

Liked: I had an operation at the Nightingale Hospital, and it's less than a mile away.
Disliked: The hole(sic) area is designed to eliminate pedestrian access, I feel.No footpaths.Breakfast was atrocious;absence of continental breakfast components, such as eggs, meat, cheese, yoghurt, sour cream,juice was absent or diluted,buffet ingredients luke-warm, no heated crockery, toasting area too cramped, hard to access, choice; wellbaked beans, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage.Plus, I felt cold all the time. Comfy bed, shower flooded each time.Busy traffic noise hardly noticeable, very limited local public transport information.
