Vey boring and unsatisfied

Liked: I slept in this hotel on the 3 June 2025. I mistakenly double booked the hotel and included the 4th of June. On the said 3rd of june 2025, there was power outage to which no one have an explanation. No lights no WFI for almost 3 hours. Despite my please for cancellation of the 4th of June, $165 was collected from my account for a room i did not stay in at all. Am asking for a refund of this money. Regards
