Rooms were more spacious than I expected and had both a fridge as well as a microwave. Overall a pleasant stay. I struggle to give 5-star ratings.

Liked: Very clean; very courteous and accommodating desk staff; free WiFi.
Disliked: No free breakfast.

Very Unprofessional – Stay Away!

Disliked: We arrived with our family at 10 PM and were told there was no room due to overbooking. The receptionist claimed they couldn’t contact us because they didn’t have our phone or email – even though we booked through Booking.com, which clearly allows messaging. No help, no alternative, no compensation. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place!
