Liked: As always the room is great and very clean; everything we needed The breakfast is much improved. Now serves hash browns with the breakfast which is included in the price. .
Disliked: The cleanliness of the dining area during service could be improved by clearing tables and to enable others to sit at clean tables too. On speaking to reception they said they don't clear tables while people are sat down. Our table was piled high with pots which I feel should be kept tidy. No staff are managing the dining area during breakfast service. We do love this hotel for its location but feel this time it didn't meet our expectations. A cleaner also entered our room while at breakfast when we were shortly checking out soon and the room wasn't ready to clean so should not enter.
