Liked: Very clean and comfortable.

Overall it was an average hotel. We stayed one night after a concert. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldnt lock and our room also smelled a bit like smoke. When we went to get breakfast in the morning, it was already gone and cleaned up before we even got a change to eat. The staff was friendly. Even though we were in a rougher part of town I still felt safe at our hotel.

Liked: Easy access to highway
Disliked: Broken bath seat, poor attention to dirty bathroom and bed area. Lights not working, poor maintenance on bathroom trim, shower rail and adjusting head. Smells on second floor by laundry. Pool wasn’t open.

Terrible

Disliked: It was dirty, smelled like sewage, they tried to double charge me, checked us in the wrong room and tried to make us move hours later, clogged shower that smelled SO bad. Very loud.

Great when visiting the expo

Liked: The hotel was very close to the conference center which was great! The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. The young man that check us in was fantastic...he recommended restaurants and was very informative.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking....I thought parking was free.

It was nice inside, expensive...

Liked: It was very nice inside of the hotel. The outside looked rundown and the location was nice right off the highway but it was also not a great neighborhood overall
