Liked: Very clean and comfortable.

Overall it was an average hotel. We stayed one night after a concert. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldnt lock and our room also smelled a bit like smoke. When we went to get breakfast in the morning, it was already gone and cleaned up before we even got a change to eat. The staff was friendly. Even though we were in a rougher part of town I still felt safe at our hotel.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and checkout was easy.
Disliked: I was surprised to see that the walls in my room and hallway were very dirty and the smell of weed was bad! I chose non smoking and that smell makes me sick.

Won’t ever choose this location...

Disliked: Kinda of dirty, elevator was sketchy…need updated, stains on the floors, definitely didn’t expect this from a holiday inn

Liked: The distance to the Expo Center.
Disliked: Surrounding area isn’t great. Not located in a nice area. Needs work. Some outside doors work. Some doors keypad doesn’t work bcs of no cover on it. Shorted out & not fixed.
