Disliked: There were people smoking in the rooms on the third floor and the smell was entering my room. I told a gentleman at the front desk that evening and also noted the smoking to the front desk clerk when I checked out.

Liked: The TV didn’t work and we were told the manager would talk to us in the morning. When I came down to check out the manager wasn’t there but was going to call me later when she got in. I never received a call or email from her.
