Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, free secure parking, full English breakfast included in the price, comfy bed, nice clean room, liked the shower which was adjustable for my height.
Disliked: One of the bedside lights wasn't working.

Great location, excellent value for...

Liked: Every member of staff was really helpful, cheerful and kind - nothing was to much trouble for them, and they made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was superb, with a full range of hot and cold food available - and we were very impressed that it was available from 6.30 in the morning as very few hotels offer this, especially on a Sunday. The room was comfortable and clean - lovely shower!
Disliked: Honestly can't think of anything.

Great base for a city...

Liked: Excellent location, easy parking, comfortable room, good shower, good wifi, friendly staff, free coffee available 24/7. Excellent value for money
Disliked: Room was a little noisy from some sort of vent/fan outside. More storage needed in the room - shelves, bedside storage etc. Breakfast was OK especially considering the price, but bacon & sausages overcooked, and tomatoes and/or mushrooms would have been good. Probably being a bit picky!

Disliked: When we arrived we was waiting to be seen too the staff were there but not dealing with anyone or coming to use after about ten minutes they did we got checked in and went to the room we was staying for our anniversary slept well no issues around that but breakfast next day I found the staff quite rude when seating people telling were to sit there was Trays you had collect and serve youself and take back after I felt like I was back in school now when it came to breakfast sasauges we’re lovely and beans but the hash browns I felt like they been there since the start hard and unable to eat scrabbled egg wasn’t much of ot again had been sat there
