Exceptional

Second visit tied to an...

Liked: Flexible, accommodating changes to my check-in and with regard to parking. Comfortable and clean room. Large mini-fridge. Delicious breakfast with sufficient variety of items.
Disliked: Fridge didn't have a freezer component. Pancake machine novel concept, but took too long and customer lines. Would have been better for staff to whip up pancakes in the kitchen and make them available in steamtable pan.

Liked: The room and bathroom were decently sized. I made use of the gym and this was a good plus to have when I was unable to sleep very early in the morning.
Disliked: The hotel is right next to the highway and in the middle of the night there was so much noise with cars and trucks driving past. The windows are not very soundproof and when suffering from jet lag this is the worst thing to struggle with. The breakfast was simple put the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Paper plates and plastic cutlery and plastic glasses for drinks. Eating breakfast there felt like a heartattack in a meal.
