Manageable.

Liked: The building is quiet, hardly heard neighbors next door, though they could be the quiet sort. The proxmity to good coffee [Starbucks] is welcome, easy walk. Facilities are clean, ice machine works.
Disliked: Like most properties off highway, parking is included, parking was an extra $11/day, it seemed like there was plenty of parking available for a weekend, and a weekday. There is absolutely no ventilation in the room, not in the bathroom, and the window opens only to about an inch; this is understandable for safety, but as there's no fan both in the bathroom, or in the room itself, the humidity was palpable.
