Liked: Location, staff who were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: My room hadn't been vacuumed but they did it when I told them.

Liked: Location right next to the bay , staff friendly and helpful , disabled parking right next to the entrance.
Disliked: Large carpet stains on the carpet , room looked dated and unkept ,bed was to hard .

Liked: Good customer service, staff were really helpful.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable beds, pillows were flat.

Disappointing

Liked: The view overlooking the water.
Disliked: Having to pay an EXTRA £10 per night to park my car, no extra pillows in the room,no toilet brush. Had to wait for buffet breakfast to be filled up as not enough cooked.

Liked: There were no fried eggs for breakfast or mushrooms.The location was very good for us to walk to the city centre and Cardiff bay.
Disliked: We would have liked more choices on the menu.

Liked: Everything went well, all our requests when we booked were met, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and responded swiftly and. appropriately to our requests to book taxis, storage of our bags when we vacated our rooms, light evening food when we needed it. The breakfasts were good with a wide variety of choice. I would recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

Ideal for visiting Cardiff Bay...

Liked: Check in was fast-stay was good-15 min walk to town centre-safe area. car parking a bonus- breakfast was very good as usual
Disliked: Very few staff members around-slow service at the bar.
