Liked: Everything was great!
Disliked: If I could say anything then it's that a little light was coming through the curtains - also the AC control's light was a bit bright. Not a big deal though.

An Exceptionally Good Hotel To...

Liked: We were very impressed with all of Hotel from the parking spaces to the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at time of our arrival. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. We gave our room a 10/10 for size, comfort and ambience. The breakfast and restaurant area was of a high standard. We are already recommending the Hotel to friends and family.
Disliked: There were no negatives.

Modern, attractive and comfortable in...

Liked: Bright, modern, attractive decor. Well designed en suite bedroom, useful mid height sockets and for usb.Comfortable bed, very comfortable a/c. Good sound proofing when window shut. Breakfast buffet was constantly being replenished. Young and attentive staff.Free wifi and carpark.We liked the setting of the new town. We ate at the pub - reasonable pub view, served by very friendly willing young staff.Convenient overnight stop on way to or way back from Continent in quieter area than the main A14/M11 road.
Disliked: Whilst well designed, the bathroom was a bit small with sharp edges. Moving the small “wardrobe” space in the bedroom to the other wall would have given a few more inches to the bathroom, We twice had to have the electronic room card changed. On our return from dinner, the card wouldn’t let us use the lift to the bedrooms. After to-ing and fro-ing to Reception, we were given a new card. After breakfast next morning, it wouldn’t let us into our room and my husband had to return to Reception again - a fair walk down a long corridor if we had been less mobile as some of the guests were. Apparently, being near a mobile phone can sometimes affect performance.

Liked: Receptionist very helpful, large bedroom and bathroom with seat in shower - big help as I had a broken arm. I was provided with an extra pillow as I had to sleep in an upright position.
