Disliked: My room was facing the motorway and it was very noisy.I had to ask to the reception to re-program my room card twice. My stay was for two nights and having a card not working twice for a two night stay is very annoying. Instead of giving me a new one, they just "fixed" the same one...

Liked: Great location, brilliant for our dog and easy to find, plenty of parking and poo bins!!
Disliked: Limited seating for people with dogs to eat in the evening, majority of tables were low which isn’t ideal when you have a dog!! Could do with a couple of dog friendly tables in the restaurant. Also £25 for 4 dog biscuits and 3 poo bags was a bit steep!! I appreciate that some dog owners aren’t as considerate but ours slept in a travel crate and I doubt they even knew that a dog had been in the room!! A little OTT!!

Liked: Breakfast was very good with a large choice on offer, The bedroom was well kept and cleaned every day. the dining room was large but could get very busy between 8 and 9am with breakfast finishing at 9.30 Monday to Friday it would be nice if it extended to 10am as this would take off some of the over crowding.
Disliked: the only down side was the over crowding at breakfast time
