Superb

Liked: Best hotel staff I've encountered to date. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and very professional. Hotel employee at the front desk accommodated my room request for a quiet area as I am a very light sleeper. Would visit again in a heartbeat!
Disliked: A minor thing - carpets could use a good shampooing as there was a bit of a musty smell in the hallways and room.

Great value with breakfast included. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great chocolate chip cookies!!!

Liked: Breakfast options were satisfying and the coffee was good. Hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The smell of chocolate chip cookies baking upon arrival at check-in was an A-plus greeting!! The cookies are available to guests. Only wish they were available all day long!
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: I had to change rooms twice as they didn’t have a mirror outside of the bathroom. The first room smelled like stale cigarettes as well. The bathroom mirrors were very dirty, like they were just wiped with a dirty towel. I really needed a full length mirror as I was trying on outfits to wear to an important interview. The staff however were wonderful, went above and beyond and made up for the not so good. I stay with you a lot when I travel and this one needs a facelift. Also the paint was peeling on the ceiling above my bed and driving me nuts!
