Liked: The location close to car park and leisure facilities and breakfast was good
Disliked: I asked for 2 single beds in the family room as I have a boy and girl who hate to share. I was emailed to say the arrangements will be made. but when I got there we had a double bed and a sofa bed, one child slept on the floor. So was disappointed about that.

Not all heroes wear Capes...

Liked: Infrasys went above and beyond and a true credit to the company and made our stay a Five Star Stay as I had a small request on my booking and Infrasys went above and beyond and he problem solved and gave excellent customer service at the same time and when ever in Bradford again, will only stay in this hotel thanks to Infrasys excellent and outstanding customer care and service, if you are in Bradford and looking for a hotel and you want the best stay and to be treated like a King or Queen than this is the hotel for you, 5 Stars all around.
