Liked: Good breakfast but the Coffee machine was broken/not working for nearly a week!
Disliked: Room was too stuff couldnt open window changed to another Room with window

Great location, with very good...

Liked: Room was comfortable for the family. The fan, however, was not working and no replacement was offered. Breakfast was ample with a good, basic variety. Location was perfect for our needs. The car parking is excellent, with what has to be the cheapest price in the UK!

Liked: Great location and very safe. Good room and a quiet night. Good value for money.
Disliked: Our room wasn't even ready at 6pm check-in due to them not knowing we need a family room with a cot bed. Breakfast was disappointing: very hard and dry hash browns ( which makes me think that they were from a day before?) and croissants were very soft and seemed to be just like the ones taken out of a bag and not fresh. Also, family room did not have a bath so this was very difficult with a 1,5 year old.

Great location hotel.

Liked: Great Location and decent hotel with your basic needs met for a stay up north.
Disliked: No AC nor any proper room ventilation meant room get hot and stuffy which makes you feel unwell.
