Hotel was very nice, and would definitely return if visiting Birmingham again.

Liked: Staff were lovely; very clean and room was lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast was chaotic and ran out of things and had to wait a while to be refilled. We had a disabled room but my sister was still not able to get in the shower as she was not able to lift leg to get in bath and the bath was very slippery and needed a non slip mat.

Disliked: Booked a table for dinner, service was very slow, didn't have what I chose from the menu (which they took 15 minutes to tell me)or my 2nd or third choice orded burger and chips when it came the chips weren't cooked they took them back and we were told it would be half an hour for new ones!! A few minutes later they brought out the chips we'd had originally they'd just cooked them more which we ate because we were hungry and didn't want to wait half an hour and our burgers would have been eaten or cold? !! For new ones. There was no apology nothing for the inconvenience.

Best stay ever

Liked: The staff was amazing and made our stay very special . They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. All the staff went above and beyond to help us with our queries. They even did research for the best places for us to go on Saturday evening. Room was fantastic and breakfast was the best breakfast I have had for a while we will most definitely come back to Birmingham to stay again and we have joined the IHG so we can book were ever we travel in the future
Disliked: The room very spacious The staff are very special and made our stay exceptioanal we felt at home and didn't want to leave. Breakfast was fantastic the best breakfast I have had in a while. The restraunt served hot and lovely meals at 6pm and breakfast. Didn't want t9 leave was gutted we only booked 1 night could of stayed alot longer.
