Stayed 1 night for a concert. Hotel was great. Lovely clean room; comfortable bed; pleasant staff and lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Close to all Birmingham has to offer.

Disliked: No issues about property however since there is no party- car park 100 yards away and 2 nights with discount is £20. It is a lot of money where as other holiday inns have their own car park.

Liked: Really good deal, great location, good food and spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to have the name of the parking venue above the access point as we had to ask twice to check we were in the right place
