Relaxed & peaceful

Liked: Very clean & very pleasant, check in was piece of cake, we did check in by midnight and was very tired, but quick & smooth check in process made me feel so relaxed, parking lot was full but we got parking right in front of main door.

Disliked: The elevator smelled like pee the water drained onto the floor and I fell the light was out so it was very difficult for me to do my makeup the carpet was sticky and dirty the room smelled horribly the lighting overall was too dim it looked old and janky there was white plaster on the wall paper I would love to have a refund because not only did I not sleep well but I was not treated well

Liked: The location, and the rooms are nice
Disliked: The staff is incompetent, no manager or anyone in charge on site. I had to call corporate and all we wanted to do was extend out a night. I had to call Booking & the hotel staff and the staff hung up. I have stayed at this facility many times and I've never had to go through a whole lot to extend out a night or two. We are dealing with family death x's 2 and just don't need the extra foolishness. I can't even make a proper complaint because IHG don't own nothing and this is privately ran and there is a lot of games being played.
