Disliked: I wanted to leave a tip for the maid but only had large bills. I wanted to break it at the front desk but they said it was a no cash hotel. It would be nice if we could electronically tip the staff. Also we had two dogs, and there is no area for them to do their business

Liked: I love everything from the moment we arrived to when we left. MacKenzie was absolutely great and was nice and helpful and looked like he knew what he was doing.
Disliked: Only thing was there was no clear sign to pull up to the right when leaving the hotel. I had to go back inside and ask because the automatic gate wouldn't open when I pulled up.
