Holiday Inn Express Atl West (I-20) Dville Area

So we checked in and the check in staff were pleasant. Breakfast met standards; room met standards. We got home the following day and I noticed a few, or what looked like a few bug bites. I woke the morning after we returned only to find a ton of bites on me. I called the hotel a few times to speak to the manager - when I finally spoke with him he apologized and gave us a refund. I spoke with a friend that sprays for bugs and he said that there had to be a huge infestation to have bitten me so many times in one night. I have itched so bad since for two days. There was also a huge spider web in the bottom corner below one of the windows. I really wish there was something more that they could do to accommodate me for what has happened. A refund is expected, just saying. Will not stay here again and this experience has ruined my like for hotels.
