Liked: The staff was friendly and the common areas were nice. The outside has a very nice area for people traveling with their dog.
Disliked: The room I reserved through booking.com was not available because a guest decided to stay longer which made my accessible room no longer available. So I did everything I was supposed to but still didn’t get the room. And it is important to have an accessible room when you’re traveling with a person in a wheelchair. Standard rooms don’t have the necessary grab bars and door width for wheelchairs. So we made it work but it was extra work and I’m still waiting to be compensated like they said I would be because my credit card is showing I haven’t been compensated yet!

Liked: Breakfast was better than most.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was filthy. The shower had hair on the stall floor. The room was dusty. There was black marks on the carpet in the room.

Liked: We stayed on the first floor which was perfect for our old dog. We were close to the breakfast area and to the gym.
Disliked: We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast needs varieties. No bananas. The kitchen staff do not speak English and couldn't help when I asked for assistance to make the pancakes
