Liked: The room was comfortable. We slept good and the breakfast in the morning was good.
Disliked: The communication between Bookings and Holiday Inn was not good. We arrived at 11:00 and they did not have our reservation even thought I had made the reservations in February. I do not believe I will use bookings again. I will try harder to call the hotel's direct line. We could only get one two bed room. The other two were king size beds.

Disliked: Was a trove a needles behind the bed, which I promptly let the staff know, they did not care in the slightest, asked for a refund once I saw not one but two roaches crawling around the bathroom. Of course the guy “ didn’t have authorization to give me a refund” and gave me a number to call which lead to nowhere. Disgusting never go here.

It was necessary.

Liked: We were there for my brother's memorial service. The location was close by.
Disliked: I asked for two rooms with two queen beds each. We rec'd two rooms with 1 king each. This was difficult for my family to rest comfortably. Also, the first night we were there it was extremely noisy late into the night. There were children laughing and running in the hall.

Liked: Pool was clean but cold.
Disliked: Room shower was rotten. Floor board was missing in bathroom. Fire sprinkler in bathroom was corroded. Was told at check-in, to use front door to building, side exit doors did not work unless wedged open. Breakfast had limited food.

It was a decent stay.

Liked: It was close to town. Checking in and out was quick and easy.
Disliked: The pool was cold, I was charged $20 more than I was supposed to be charged. And the breakfast was horrible.
