Liked: Nothing! The & $200 a note had an odor of urine, despicable!
Disliked: Very rude front desk staff primarily the general manager Rhonda, I intend to write a letter to corporate headquarters regarding her total disregard for not only the guests but her staff, traveled all over the world & this was worst front desk service I have ever experienced!

Disliked: I didn't like anything here. The place was horrible and I chose not to stay!Upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful, After making my way inside the facility and to the 4th floor where the room was located the entire place stank with the odor of cigarette smoke and marijuana. When entering the room i found the floor to be dirty and stained, the bathroom sink to be full of ice, and the toilet to have been used by someone possibly dyeing of something previously eaten!! That was enough for me to decide this wasn't the place for me!Went down to get my money back but the staff could only return my deposit, and that i would have to wait till morning when the manager arrived to receive my room rate. (keep in mind i paid cash upon arrival)I had found a place to stay about 20 minutes down the road. The next morning came and i traveled the 20 min to receive my refund when low and behold, no manager on site to issue the refund (There goes 40min I'll never get back!)and was told to come back the following day. Good thing i was in the area for an additional day right! So, I waste another 40min round trip to finally reach a manager where she apologized for the hassle and assured me, she would look into the issue. If you're reading this don't waste any more time on your decision, just keep driving till you find something else. I don't care how sleepy you are, keep going, sleep in your truck, car, boat, the underpass! Buy a tent and pop that bad boy up in the Wal-Mart parking lot!! Just don't waste your time here!!
