Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast is good. The housekeeping is good
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work for several days. And often hear the noise from upstairs, very loud.

It was what we needed...

Liked: It was quiet and close to the hospital we needed to take my mom to.
Disliked: They need to update the toilets in the rooms they are so close to the ground it makes it hard for the elderly to use.

Liked: The rooms are always clean. Beds are comfortable. Easy access to highway.

Disliked: The noise in the room from above woke me. It sounded like someone was running back and forth.
