Great staff; room next door was really loud but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: It was a nice room and clean.
Disliked: We traveled with a baby and when we checked in we requested a crib which they told us they would deliver to our room. Two hours later when we called to follow up they told us they gave our crib away to someone else and didn't have anymore. They offered us extra pillows...pillows really!? I told them it was dangerous to have a baby sleep on such a high bed with only pillows. They could not accommodate us and they refunded us our money and we had to pack all our stuff up and find a different hotel that evening. It was very disappointing not to mention stressful since we were traveling with small children.

Would stay here again.

Liked: The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel appeared to be in a sketchy part of town but it turned out to be a hidden gem.

Pleasant

Liked: This is a clean standard hotel.
Disliked: Certainly overpriced for a non-attractive location. I booked a two-bedroom suit for my family and in-laws but at the property was informed they don't have such a room and I can pay for another room for my family. It was a long back and forth process to get a refund for this additional room which I was charged due to inaccurate information on their booking.com page.
