Liked: Given the New York City, location of the hotel wasn't bad but it is not close to the Hoboken Path station. it is a decent 20 min walk.
Disliked: You basically do the breakfast at the lobby area, which gets very crowded, long and hectic queues to get bread etc. there is not enough space to eat and breakfast left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner in the room didn't turn off even when we did turn it off, making the room very cold. the king room wasn't really a king room, was it? spots on the bed sheets weren't welcoming.

Liked: Property was very nice and clean. Lots of breakfast options including hot foods. Staff was super friendly and took care of any needs that arose. Rooms were nice size and clean.
Disliked: Kinda forced to use valet parking but street parking was limited and the neighborhood seemed “sketchy”(teenager term). We did not feel comfortable leaving our car on the streets. So be prepared to pay for valet parking. Also it was hard to find the entrance! It’s a small turn in right next to a gas station. Very easy to miss.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the excellent service and amenities provided. A special shout-out to Nayelis at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. We arrived early from New York and she gently accommodated our request to store luggage, which made our day much easier. What stood out even more was her thoughtful gesture of texting us as soon as our room was ready — such a personal and helpful touch!The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, truly offering a sense of luxury at a very affordable price. If you’re someone who appreciates both elegance and value, this is a must-stay.Parking is available for $40 per night, which is convenient for travelers with a car. Another plus for me was the black coffee available — simple but so satisfying! And the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day.Overall, the combination of a great location, luxury-level rooms, and warm, attentive staff makes this hotel highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again! Lastly the 150$ deposit was credited to my account within 20 mints of my checkout. Great
