Unorganized, Late, and unwilling to...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: When I got to the room, my room was not ready for me to check in by 3pm. I wasn't given a courtesy call to let me know they were behind . My room was not available till 5pm. When asked if we can check out at noon instead of 11 because our room was 2 hours late we were denied. I asked in advance if i could stay next to my elderly grandmother and was told no at the time of check in. Yet the family that checked in right after me was given the room next to my grandma .Then we woke up for breakfast by 7am and it was delayed till 8am because they were running behind .

Disliked: Hallways were a little warm and humid feeling and we had 1 night where there was absolutely NO parking so we had to park against a gate
