A perfectly comfortable stay totally...

Liked: I have had to give the hotel a poor rating simply because, unlike all other hotels I use through booking.com they said they could not provide a vat invoice for the amount I paid. They supplied an invoice with a nil amount which was totally useless. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS TRAVELLER AND NEED A VAT INVOICE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Their customer service is awful and it is impossible to get a contact number to complain
Disliked: Customer service: very poor and unable to provide details of phone or email to escalate a complaint

Cool spot

Liked: Great stay for THIRD year in a row for Great Manchester Run race weekend. Nice room, cool bar downstairs. Handy location. The coffee stations are quirky, some people might be a bit disorientated having to leave their room to make a coffee, but I like it. Kooky is cool.

Superb

Liked: The design on the ground floor level is amazing and has a very cosy vibe. The shower in the room was very nice.
Disliked: The level of dust in some areas of the room were cleaning seemed to be rushed.
