Holiday Inn Express - Wichita North - Park City an IHG Hotel

Will not return.

Liked: The front door staff was nice.
Disliked: When we got there, the guy that greeted us and checked us in, kept complaining that he’s been up for days and that he had ADD extremely bad so to please give him time. The front lobby smelled like pee. Our towels had holes in them. Our toilet paper roll dispenser was broke off the wall. A few of the lightbulbs in our room were burnt out and we had a broken lamp . We had to move the multiple different rooms because the air conditioners weren’t working correctly.. there was expired food in our fridges. We booked two rooms one 2 queens bed. For some reason that got switched to a quick king. We were woken up by the cleaning crew, screaming at each other in the hallways. The cleaning crew just walked into our room for no reason without knocking or announcing when we had the door tag on the . They were fully booked and the breakfast crew was not prepared.

Disliked: Cleaner bathroom… hair in our shower & floor that wasn’t ours .

I would stay there again.

Disliked: I found everything was great.

Disliked: Sketchy, needed more lighting around the building so i could walk my dog.

Best hotel roomI I have...

Liked: The room was the best organized room I have ever stayed in: bedside table on each side, vanity outside of commode/shower room, plenty of utility outlets, full length mirror. All staff showed excellent customer service!!
Disliked: The elevator went out. We were on the 3rd floor. I ended up falling onto the landing on 3rd floor. I had a lot of pain in my wrist and decided to have it checked out in the ER. No fracture, just a severe sprain.

Disliked: Food service, equipment not working, lacking supplies, not even a spoon to eat cereal. Breakfast service needs an overhaul and better planning.
