Liked: As always an excellent breakfast and when we returned to our room it was cleaned up
Disliked: I had an issue with trying to get your WiFi on to my phone I went down to the front desk and a member of yours staff was on the computer she totally ignored me she didn’t even say I’ll be with you in a minute it was totally embarrassing standing and getting totally ignored so I said to her I’ll try and sort it myself and walked away other than this individual the rest of the staff especially the staff in the restaurant were excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, air con in the room and the shower was brilliant
Disliked: I really really didn't like that I had to tell the receptionist that booked me in what my surname was over three times even though I spent it out to her (MILNE) the first time she asked me!
