Third time I have stayed...

Liked: Always nice to stay here staff are lovely . Bedrooms were very hot though and couldn’t open the window . Very clean and comfortable xx breakfast was good
Disliked: Bathroom a bit dated

Pleasant enough, and overall it's...

Liked: Very professional and friendly staff. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The main building and bar/dining area were very pleasant. The high speed EV chargers were a big plus for me.
Disliked: We stayed in a separate building to the main hotel. Whereas the room itself was in perfect condition, the common areas left a lot to be desired.

Exceeded expectations.

Liked: Exceeded my expectations. Efficient staff and good breakfast.

Easy and acceptable

Liked: Receptionist on arrival and departure was a breath of fresh air, a credit to your business.
Disliked: Quite small and basic but just a room for one night so was ok

Very good

Liked: The hotel location is perfect for the A1 motorway with good parking for all vehicle types. The receptionist staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I booked a few nights' stay with breakfast that was nicely presented in the morning and tasted good. The bar area is modern and comfortable with good seating and a large TV screen at one end of the area for a relaxed viewing.
Disliked: I experienced issues with my reservation made through the Booking.com app so the hotel receptionist was very helpful and updated my booking. My standard single room was very clean but a little small. That was my unknown choice of space. Also, the bed was a bit soft, and the quilt made me feel hot at times throughout the night. The shower was fine but without a choice of extra hot water at hand. All said it was still a pleasant room at an affordable price. Therefore I would recommend these rooms for a short stay.
