Disliked: They have no smoking signs up on the floors but some folks will not abide by the rules.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean , pool, the exercise equipment.
Disliked: I couldn't get staff on the phone for cart to bring my things down to the lobby and they didn't have a cart available for me to bring my things up to the room.
