Exceptional

Liked: The guy at night had messed up I wasn't even in the system so I got called down and had to talk to some guy and girl and they did everything they could so we could stay like our reservation said. Even in a bad situation they were very professional and super friendly.
Disliked: The pool was freezing. Like an ice bath.
