Liked: Clean, comfortable, the view, beautiful, quiet, safe and great location.
Disliked: The fact that they tried to change me more then the two nights costed then took over $364 then called me after I left and tried to charge me another $164

Liked: Staff was great, restaurant attached to motel was not the best, we waited for many minutes for our server to even come to our table, the cloth napkins were dirty.

Liked: It was very Clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Disliked: First off, when checking in they put us into the wrong room. Only found out hours later after calling down to have help with tv and the staff member told us we were I. Wrong room. That being said there was Only 1 friendly staff member and he left at 11pm. After that we had some guy who could not give 2 shits about being there. Needed more towels, he treated it like a chore and was annoyed he had to get off his cell phone to grab some extra ones, On check out as I approached “what” is the first words to come from him, as i explained I was there to just check out, with out looking up from computer just pointed at some box that was labeled key drop off. There was No confirmation or anything leaving

Liked: I have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times. It is very convenient to the airport and my sister’s house. It is clean and comfortable, and I’ve appreciated the fitness center and on site restaurant.
Disliked: But - the hotel is under reconstruction. The restaurant is closed. The pool and fitness center closed halfway through my stay. I understand that hotels need updates, but I think I should have been warned when I made the reservation. It would have been easy for the hotel to message me.
