The rooms were wonderful. Only thing was we didn't stay long enough.

Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: No bad points at all. The only thing I would change is not go through a 3rd party for reservations. Go thru IHG.

Liked: Good location in Canyon Lake, near the parks. Easy to access.
Disliked: When I was checking in 20 minutes past check in time, my room was not ready, but another room was ready; that room wass on the 3rd floor & the elevator was out...will that be a problem they asked a 64 year old grandmother.

Liked: As always the activity center was filled with things to do
Disliked: When we checked into our room someone was still in there I called the front office I was given a new room but I had to wait 30 min or so before someone came to give us our new keys so we were standing in front the building with our bags the room was dirty hair all over the bathroom the carpets were very dirty housekeeping came in our room to clean they thought we were checking out it turned out to be the room next to us
