The rooms were wonderful. Only thing was we didn't stay long enough.
Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: No bad points at all. The only thing I would change is not go through a 3rd party for reservations. Go thru IHG.

Spacious clean rooms and helpful...
Liked: The property was pretty central to the areas around it. The rooms were huge and spacious. The room was clean and stocked with extra items which made it easier for us during our stay not having to request more. The staff was helpful with the texting service which made dining and activity decisions easier. The room bracelets were a genius idea because you don’t have to fumble with a card.
Disliked: The check in process is very confusing because gps brings you in the service entrance. The building for check in was not very well labeled. We understood “registration” for the mini golf or classes. We are not members of the resort so it was unclear. You can see they had some water problems in the unit with a lot of repairs.

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and perfectly located we had so much we could’ve done that we should’ve stayed longer. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, loved the patio and how quite it was at night!
Disliked: Very long line and could have been more welcoming at check in.Bldg 18 room 67 had only one working burner.Wish there had been a broom in the villa so we could tidy up and more trash bags in the kitchen we only had oneI would recommend getting rid of the carpet
