Very good

Really nice and helpful staff

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff. Reception was closed but we got help anyway

Good stay for a nice...

Liked: The staff was very helpful, as soon as they saw my walker they switched my room to one on the main floor. When I came to the hotel after closing hours they helped me with the door, although I had a code. Very good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The bedcovers where a bit small and the floor in the shower was very slippery.

Good hotel, would recommend, but...

Liked: Check in was easy, staff friendly and accommodating, good location, would recommend
Disliked: Booking.com sold us a triple room with 1 large double and 1 single bed.This hotel has no rooms like that! All their triple rooms have 3 single beds.Apparently they have told booking.com this numerous times but still the listing is inaccurate.The hotel was good enough to upgrade us to a family room which has 1 large double and 2 singles.Booking.com are a nightmare, every time I book with them I have problems, will never use them again!

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent and it has easy access to all places, the room was clean, the place was quiet and undisturbed.
Disliked: It is better to have a coffee maker or an electric kettle in the room, the coffee machine in the hotel reservation is not of good quality, the parking lot is not reserved for you and the parking lot may be full.
