The rooms were wonderful. Only thing was we didn't stay long enough.

Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: No bad points at all. The only thing I would change is not go through a 3rd party for reservations. Go thru IHG.

Not a repeat

Liked: The location
Disliked: They had the wrong dates in their system, still waiting for them to refund my money because they charged me for my stay. I was then forced to listen to them try to upsell a membership to me for 10 minutes when all I wanted to do was start my vacation. Then, gave me a dirty room initially. Buildings were old and dated, very little upkeep. The elevator SHOOK, MOANED AND GROANED everytime we got in it.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. We were able to get some rest.
Disliked: The carpet in the living room, had an odor .

Liked: There was plenty of parking for the property. I also like it came with a full kitchen with plates, pots and pans. It was also nice to have the fridge as well but that was about it.
Disliked: There was no maid service the entire weekend and everything was so far. People were listening to loud music at the pool in the middle of the night and my room was right there. The furniture was very outdated and looked dirty to sit on. I couldn't even really sit at the table in my room because the chairs were falling apart and I didn't want it to break on me. Just very outdates and not kept up very well. Plus the place I stayed was away from the main building and where activities and food were. So hard to partake in the amenities when you aren't by them on the property.

After the Initial Check In...

Liked: Size of the Room, it was huge. I loved the fact I had a kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to grocery store and restaurants.
Disliked: The property is really spread out, and the check in bldg. was really far away from the building we were staying in. We did not rent a car, we took a Uber. So I asked if they had golf carts and they did not, we had to walk like .25 miles to our bldg. with our heavy bags. Looking back on it they could have had someone deliver our luggage to our room, any decent hotel has valet service. But the check in employees are more concerned about getting you set up for a sales pitch to join a time share club.
