Nasty facility, that looks great...

Liked: They don’t honor the room choices when you book on booking sites, we needed a 2 bed room, we got a king size bed and couch
Disliked: They don’t honor the booking sites room selection and when approached about it they got rude. Everything is outdated including the mattresses.

Liked: The stay was great! I had to extent my stay an extra night and the woman at the front was great I believe her name was Brenda.

Disliked: Cleaning staff admitted to taking a bag out of my room because they thought it was trash,it had 4 sentimental cups and numbers in it. The general manager said he wasn't going to do anything about it because I couldn't prove the value of what's in the bag.
