Liked: Clean bathrooms.
Disliked: They started construction at 8:30 am.

Location was good. Would stay again.

Liked: Fast, easy check in. Staff was very helpful in getting a cab to Riverbend and gave us numbers for cabs to get back.
Disliked: Not as clean as we had hoped. Cannot see the river at all.

Liked: The rooms have had some updates but mildew in the showers in both our room and our friend's room which was right across from us. Our air conditioner leaked and we had major water all over our floor the next morning when we woke up The receptionist on duty did give us a discount for the room inconvenience but not our friends Both rooms were very mildew smelling so I think this is not the first time that they've had problem with the air conditioners. The beds were comfortable but the smell was pretty unbearable. Request were made as soon as reservations were made to make sure we got adjoining rooms or rooms close to each other and I did ask for upper level we ended up on the floor level and down by maintenance areas. The swimming pool area look nice but we only looked at it from the door cuz we weren't there that long and the lobby areas and the breakfast area both look like it's been updated. Convenient location to take a trolley over from the hotel to the ballpark. Getting back was a little more difficult but they had given us a number of a young man that did golf carts from to and from the hotel so we were able to have him come and pick us up since the trolleys did not pick up after the game that we could find
Disliked: Bathrooms had black mold around the shower areas. It looks like an updated bathroom at some point, but having mold like that when. It's so simple and easy to to get that cleaned and scrubbed out, I don't. We didn't understand it. It was in both our room and our friend's room.

Liked: Location to Cincinnati and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room only barely enough towels. Same with the pillows the bed was average comfort wise. Shower was not super clean. Breakfast they tried, not the worst. The picture on the booking site was outdated. You couldn't close curtains all the way to block the morning sun. Overall this was not a deal for 237$. More around 135 to 160 range in my opinion .

Liked: The shower was nice, glass doors, spacious and nice shower head and full size Dove products, however mounted to the shower too high for short people.
Disliked: MUSTY SMELL. Upon arrival my throat started hurting from the musty smell.No bedding for the pull out sofa, and couldn't call the front desk as we HAD NO PHONE. And when they brought the bedding while we were gone, they didn't even bring pillows. So I had to go back down again to ask.Very Hot all through the hotel, it's clearly not air conditioned or it's left very high.Burn marks or something on TV stand.Wrong color paint on the wall in our room, looked like they did a repair behind the wall and just left the ghetto paint job.Fridge didn't cool our water overnight.Bathroom sink slow to drain, little colored gel beads were stuffed in the over flow drain and kept popping out into the sink.TV didn't work, poor connection, static.Dirty curtains.We will never stay here again. We checked out next morning day to find much better upscale accommodations for not much more cost per night.

Liked: Location was great. Less than a mile from everything to Covington or Cincinnati
Disliked: For what you pay the rooms are a little outdated for a holiday inn
