Location was good. Would stay again.

Liked: Fast, easy check in. Staff was very helpful in getting a cab to Riverbend and gave us numbers for cabs to get back.
Disliked: Not as clean as we had hoped. Cannot see the river at all.

Liked: There was a really nice receptionist that checked us in. That was probably the best thing about the entire visit
Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting! The bedding had specs of black dirt on it. Then when housekeeping came to change our bed, she had the sheets and comforter bundled up in her arms as if they were dirty as well. Stains on the curtains etc . This hotel is extremely overpriced for the location and the outdated atmosphere in the room. Furniture etc..I was extremely disappointed because it was our wedding anniversary. We ended up only staying for about 5 hours and drove back home the same day. A total waste of money!

Superb

Liked: Was only there to sleep basically but it was clean and the shower was nice!
Disliked: Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10am, waking me up early. Check out isn't until 11am so they should wait until then to start knocking on doors.

A bit gloomy

Liked: Reception staff very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast not as good as at other Holiday inns and breakfast staff particularly unhelpful. Whole place had very gloomy atmosphere and decor.
