Liked: Food was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and well organised.
Disliked: The air con in our room didn't work and fan in bathroom didn't work.

Great staff

Liked: We stayed in the hotel for one night and staff were fantastic. Room was well equipped with en suite, TV, iron, ironing board, kettle, tea and coffee. Beds were really comfortable.
Disliked: The room could have done with a freshen up, it had quite a musty smell to it and there was quite a lot of dust around the skirting boards and in the bathroom which I did clean myself.

Liked: Staff really pleasant, nice pool. Gym, although small, had everything I needed. Food was OK. Restaurant and check in staff super friendly. Gluten free options on menu.

Liked: Good handy location, nice pool. Room itself was clean enough
Disliked: - Air con wasn't working and room was too hot.- Lots of noise in corridor past midnight, sounded like staff wheeling trolleys about, but not sure.- Had to wait outside room on arrival because it wasnt ready - They almost over charged me at check in, thankfully I noticed the amount was higher than the amount on the booking- It is tired and dated, lots of areas need a revamp- a staff member in the bar was a bit abrupt with us as we were looking for a table.- breakfast was far too expensive so we didnt bother.
