Liked: Good location for a travelling overnight right beside the motorway. Bus service into Chester city. Good breakfast & dinner, bar available.

Liked: Location great as right by the motorway. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Fridge in the room!Fan in the room. Problem at check in with the room was rectified quickly. Breakfast was lovely. Male employee (Mark?) in the restaurant was exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: Room was not prepared properly. Would’ve been helpful to know about the fridge in advance. Understaffed; long waits at reception to even check out. Access to the swimming pool is great - however, I wouldn’t promote it in the condition it’s in. The changing rooms having doors hanging off lockers, untidy, not clean, the tiles and drainage by the pool edge isn’t clean.

My niece and her family...

Liked: It was a great little getaway. A family trip for 4 they went to Chester zoo, so hotel was a great base
Disliked: Confusion at first with regard to the payment having been processed prior to arrival ( it has been paid to Booking.com a few days earlier) in order for the family not to have any concerns.. however this was rectified and acknowledged by reception..

great choice to stay overnight...

Liked: The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel room was in great condition and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was good value for the money.
