I would not recommend this...

Liked: Parking was right out front
Disliked: Everything about it and it was under construction also I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast because apparently the cost of the room dosent include the breakfast

Accommodations were good and overall...

Liked: Alyyssa was fabulous. Very bubbly and energetic, she made an extra effort to ensure my stay was protected because my method of payment was third party and the credit card on file was expired. She called me while I was at the airport and requested updated information. I stopped by the hotel once I got my rental and secured the stay. I believe she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was properly secured.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been included in stay, most Holiday Inn have free breakfast. I primarily booked for free breakfast option.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It is under construction and I was not aware and it’s filthy I had to ask them to come clean the mold out of the bath tub and the air conditioning unit.

Friendly staff, but the room...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was just kind of dumpy. The bathtub filled halfway up during a normal length shower. The A/C rattled loudly. The TV wouldn't turn off (I assume the batteries in the remote we just dead/dying). The beds were like sleeping on sheet covered plywood.

The stay was nice but...

Liked: Close to the university The clerks
Disliked: The cleanliness in the room needs improvement.The toilets are too low to the floor and didn’t flush properly.They turned the water off with no warning.It was hard to get someone to bring fresh towels.Breakfast should be free like the other hotels in the area.
