Friendly staff, but the room...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything was just kind of dumpy. The bathtub filled halfway up during a normal length shower. The A/C rattled loudly. The TV wouldn't turn off (I assume the batteries in the remote we just dead/dying). The beds were like sleeping on sheet covered plywood.

The stay was nice but...

Liked: Close to the university The clerks
Disliked: The cleanliness in the room needs improvement.The toilets are too low to the floor and didn’t flush properly.They turned the water off with no warning.It was hard to get someone to bring fresh towels.Breakfast should be free like the other hotels in the area.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They definitely were the highlight of the trip
Disliked: The room smelled unpleasant and the tub in the rr was thirty. The blinds were stained and the room was overall below average.

It was very eventful.

Liked: Did not have breakfast went out to eat. The view was nice.
Disliked: I used bookings.com 5/17/25 to book king room. Something told to call once i got to town.The property did not have the reservation. I had to book a double bed occupancy for $183 which was tad higher. I also showed the original & revised reservation the reservation but still nothing in their system. I had to clean the restroom due hair through out & toilet not cleaned. I enjoy holiday properties but will not come back to this hotel or use bookings again. Blessings & peace.
