Awful. I think I should...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I checked into your hotel after 17 hours of travel at 2am, only to be woken up by the fire alarms going off. I was on the 11th floor with my daughter and we ran outside down 11 flights of stairs. Then we were told we could return to our rooms and walked up 11 flights of stairs. We barely slept and we were both awake for the day so we started to shower and get dressed only for the fire alarm to go off again. Again we went down the stairs and back up 11 flights. When I asked what your company was going to do to make up for this mess I was told “absolutely nothing”. This is just unacceptable on so many levels.

I would stay at this...

Liked: The view at the restaurant was amazing! The staff was super friendly. We had no problems during our stay.
Disliked: One of the elevators was out of order, so we had to wait or get into an over crowded elevator to get to our room. The food at the hotel was ok, nothing amazing.
